FORMULA FORD #MadeMyMark
I really enjoyed moving onto the bigger circuits and the bigger cars. There was a lot more at stake now as it was super expensive to run a Formula Ford and I knew I couldn’t afford to make too many mistakes when I was learning.
Andy Lawson who had built my go-karts in Queanbeyan came across to run me in Formula Ford and my dad and my best mate Michael Foreman were my mechanics. The Australian Formula Ford Championship was super competitive and put me in good shape for my transition to Europe where I knew it was crucial to prove myself.

on November 19, 2013 ReplyMark, I first saw you at the 94 F1 GP in Adelaide & at different tracks over the next few years. In 1998 I joined your supporters club as a founding member & still am to this day. You have brought us great memories with many high, many lows & more than your fair share of frustration caused by things outside your control. You are a true champion & a true gentleman Mark and you will be missed. I for one will be supporting you. LOOK OUT WEC here comes Aussie Grit. ENJOY IT MATE & SHOW THEM HOW ITS DONE!
